What happens after you send it

1 You get a confirmation link Right away, to the address you gave us. Click it to prove the address is yours.
2 We check the company Someone from the team looks at your entry, usually within two working days. Free content is already open to you in the meantime.
3 Everything opens up Recordings, studies and your downloads. We write to you either way, also if something is unclear.

Why we ask all this

Market figures from our partners are trade information. The licence we hold covers the pet industry, not the general public. That is the whole reason for the check, and the reason we ask for a company rather than just a name.
